For Damage
100 Herbals is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
If any product you have received is in damaged condition, please reach out to us within 48 hours of order delivery with relevant pictures and unboxing videos so we can address your concern at the earliest.
For Grievance
For any product quality complaints, please contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
For Exchange and Refund
- Opened or used products cannot be exchanged or returned once sold or delivered.
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition for exchange eligibility.
- Exchange due to personal dislike (e.g. of fragrance, colour) without proof of quality issues will not be accepted.
- For approved exchanges, a reverse pick-up will be arranged and the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product at our warehouse.
- In case of an approved refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 10-15 days. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful processing.
